Our guiding principle of data collection is to collect only the minimum amount of data needed to deliver world-class services on a large scale. Unless otherwise stated, capitalized terms in this Privacy Policyhave the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.
CyberSapceVPN may collect five (5) types of data depending on your use of the Services, as follows. You can find detailed information about each of them inthe corresponding sections below. If you only visit our Website, please refer to Section 7.
(i) Personal Data provided in connection with your account (“Personal Data“)
Personal data means any information that canbe used alone or in combination with other data to uniquely identify a person. Personal data is collected for the purpose of providing you with our Services and may include the name, email address, and billing information that you send us when you create or update your Account.
(ii) Summary of application and VPN connection Statistics (“Usage Statistics Data“)
A minimal amount of usage statistics is collected to ensure excellent customer support andservice quality. This type of data does not include information about user browsing and Internet activity, including when connecting to a VPN — we do not collect (and therefore do not use, disclose or store) data about the content or directions of VPN traffic, DNS queries or IP addresses of users.
(iii) Data added to VPN keys (“Key Data“) (applicable only to users of VPN keys)
Key data includes all data stored in the VPN keys associated with your account, which may include user logins and passwords to your services and accounts, as well as other types of data that you prefer to store. Key data is encrypted when you add it to your VPN Keys, and we cannot view, decrypt, or access key data under any circumstances (even if you want to). You can add, change, and delete your key data at any time by accessing the VPN Key Management Panel.
(iv) Anonymousapplication diagnostics, including crash reports (“Application Diagnostic Data“) (optional).
Application diagnostic data, which includes crash reports, usability diagnostics, and VPN connection diagnostics, isanonymous data that cannot be linked to individual users. This function is similar to the “send a bug report” option. Application diagnostic data is not transmitted by default. You must give your consent, for example, through the settings menu of your Apps, in order to send us application diagnostic data.
(v) IP addresses that are allowed to use MediaStreamer Services (“MediaStreamer Data“) (applicable only to MediaStreamer users)
Apart from VPN services, we also provide an additionalMediaStreamer service for devices that do not support VPNs (such as Apple TV). Users who agree to use MediaStreamer can register specific IP addresses that need to be logged in to use the service. These IP addresses are used by the VPN only to provide an additional MediaStreamer service, and not for any other purpose.
Personal data
CyberSapceVPN collects Personal Data that you provide when you create or update an Account. We require Personal Data, such as an email address, to enable us to provide you with our Services, send you emails, respond to customer support requests, and share relevant information about your Accountand/or Services.
VPNS uses your email address for the following reasons:
To provide you with access to our Services, including through password reset emails.
To send emails related to yourand payment transactions.
To send you updates and ads.
To communicate with you about your Account or respond to your messages.
To send marketing information, such as offers, surveys, invitations, and contentrelated to other CyberSapceVPN-related issues that we believe may be of interest to you (“Marketing Emails”). You can opt out of receiving marketing emails by following the unsubscribe procedure described in these emails.
CyberSapceVPN uses your Personal Data only for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy, and we do not sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties. We collect and process yourPersonal Data for legitimate interests in accordance with applicable law, in particular to fulfill our contractual obligations to you (i.e., in accordance with the Agreement between you and CyberSapceVPN).
Any personalinformation associated with CyberSapceVPN accounts is controlled only by CyberSapceVPN, including stored on systems and servers owned or leased by CyberSapceVPN and its subsidiaries. In the limited circumstanceswhere this data may need to be processed by other related organizations, it may only be transferred if necessary and for the required period for processing related solely to the purposes and legitimate interests set out in this Privacy Policy, while always ensuring the same data protection standards.

We have implemented best-in-class physical, procedural and technical security measures in relation to our offices and information repositories tohelp prevent any loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of your Personal Data. Servers and data centers. Servers are hosted in data centers with strict security measures. If any data center asked us to register such data, we would immediately stop working with the specified service provider and find alternative options. Even if the government were to physically take over one of our VPN servers, there would be no logs or information that could link any individual user toa particular event, website, or behavior.
Storage of your Personal Data. Your Personal Data, which, again, never includes any sensitive data such as browsing history, DNS queries or IP addresses associated withthe user, is stored for a limited period in accordance with applicable data protection laws (as long as we have your data available). consent or a legitimate reason for storing such data). For your own security, you should create a strong and unique master password for CyberSapceVPN keys so that it is not easy to guess. Itmust also be different from the password used to access your account.
You can import data from other password management tools into CyberSapceVPN Keys by following the instructions in your account. Before you do this, westrongly recommend that you read the data portability rules of your former password manager provider, as they are not under the control of the VPN.
Usage statistics and application diagnostics data
To ensure excellentcustomer support and quality of service, CyberSapceVPN collects certain information related to your VPN usage, as described below. This data is available to our employees strictly on the basis of official necessity and can be transferredto the service provider for the above purposes, but it always remains confidential.
We guarantee that usage statistics and application diagnostics data never contain any confidential information, in accordance with our general obligationto never record browsing history, traffic direction, data content, IP addresses or DNS queries.
Our principle of minimal data collection means that:
We don’t know which user has ever visited a particular website orservant.
We don’t know which user was connected to the VPN at a particular time or which VPN server IP addresses they used.
We don’t know the set of source IP addresses of any user’s computer.
If someone tries to force VPNSto disclose user information based on any of the above data, we will not be able to provide this information because the data does not exist.
Apps and app versions
We collect information about which apps and app versions you have activated in orderto use our Services. Knowing your current App version allows our support team to resolve technical issues that you may encounter.
Successful connection
We collect information about whether you have successfully establisheda VPN connection on a specific day (but not at a specific time of day), with which VPN location (but not with the outgoing IP address assigned to you), and from which country/provider (but not from your outgoing IP address). your source IP address). After activating any of our apps, you will be asked if you want to share your app diagnostics data with the VPN. You can start or stop sharing this data at any time in the settings menu of your app. In iOS, you can disable Apple crash reporting in your iOS settings.

For user convenience and analytics purposes, CyberSapceVPN uses several analytics services, including those from third-party service providers.
