CyberSapceVPN may collect five (5) types of data depending on your use of the Services, as follows. You can find detailed information about each of them inthe corresponding sections below. If you only visit our Website, please refer to Section 7.

 

(i) Personal Data provided in connection with your account (Personal Data“)

 

Personal data means any information that canbe used alone or in combination with other data to uniquely identify a person. Personal data is collected for the purpose of providing you with our Services and may include the name, email address, and billing information that you send us when you create or update your Account.

(ii) Summary of application and VPN connection Statistics (Usage Statistics Data“)

 

A minimal amount of usage statistics is collected to ensure excellent customer support andservice quality. This type of data does not include information about user browsing and Internet activity, including when connecting to a VPN — we do not collect (and therefore do not use, disclose or store) data about the content or directions of VPN traffic, DNS queries or IP addresses of users.

(iii) Data added to VPN keys (Key Data“) (applicable only to users of VPN keys)

 

Key data includes all data stored in the VPN keys associated with your account, which may include user logins and passwords to your services and accounts, as well as other types of data that you prefer to store. Key data is encrypted when you add it to your VPN Keys, and we cannot view, decrypt, or access key data under any circumstances (even if you want to). You can add, change, and delete your key data at any time by accessing the VPN Key Management Panel.

 

(iv) Anonymousapplication diagnostics, including crash reports (Application Diagnostic Data“) (optional).

 

Application diagnostic data, which includes crash reports, usability diagnostics, and VPN connection diagnostics, isanonymous data that cannot be linked to individual users. This function is similar to the “send a bug report” option. Application diagnostic data is not transmitted by default. Users who agree to use MediaStreamer can register specific IP addresses that need to be logged in to use the service. CyberSapceVPN collects Personal Data that you provide when you create or update an Account. We require Personal Data, such as an email address, to enable us to provide you with our Services, send you emails, respond to customer support requests, and share relevant information about your Accountand/or Services.

CyberSapceVPN uses your Personal Data only for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy, and we do not sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties. You can import data from other password management tools into CyberSapceVPN Keys by following the instructions in your account. Usage statistics and application diagnostics data

 

To ensure excellentcustomer support and quality of service, CyberSapceVPN collects certain information related to your VPN usage, as described below. Successful connection
