CyberSpaceVPN takes care of your privacy and does not collect or record your browsing history, traffic direction, data content, DNS queries, or user-related IP addresses from subscribers connected to our Services. During your registration, we may collect some personal information, such as your name,email address, and billing information. We only collect information that is strictly necessary for the proper provision of the Services.

By registering your Account and subscribing to the Services, you automatically get access to our built-in password manager (CyberSpaceVPN-keys”). You can use CyberSpaceVPN keys during any free trial period (if available) and regardless of the subscription plan you choose,if available.
Your access to CyberSpaceVPN Keys is password protected. We strongly recommend that you choose a password other than your account password for better protection. Be sure to save the provided recovery code in a secure location, as it will be required to access your CyberSpaceVPN Keys account if you forget your master password. For security reasons, you will not be able to access the information stored in CyberSpaceVPN keys if you forget your primarypassword and recovery code. We will also not be able to restore the information added to the VPN keys if you lose access to it. Such information is encrypted, and CyberSpaceVPN has no means of accessing or decrypting the information added to the VPN keys.
You can continue to use your VPN keys even if you decide to stop using our VPN service. Your account will remain active, and the information added to the VPN keys will remain available to you, even if you have stopped subscribing to the Services.
Eachaccount will be associated with a single CyberSpaceVPN key, regardless of how many devices you choose to connect to our VPN services.
You may close your Account for any reason within thirty (30) calendardays of the original purchase, and you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid (the “Money Back Guarantee”).
Refunds after the 30-day purchase period will be considered at CyberSpaceVPN’s sole discretion ifthe Subscriber can prove that the Services were not available or unavailable for use during the subscription period and that reasonable attempts were made to contact CyberSpaceVPN to resolve the issue. In this case, CyberSpaceVPN may provide the Subscriber with a pro-portional refund of the Service fee paid during the period when the Service was unavailable or unusable.
Refunds are usually processed within seven (7) days and are made using the original payment form used for the purchase. All refunds are sent in US dollars, so the refund amount may differ from the amount originally paid in local currency or Bitcoin (for example, due to currency exchange fees and processing related to your paymentmethod).
Any change to the original purchase, such as switching to an extended billing period or purchasing additional licenses under the same Account, means that you do not have the Money-back Guarantee option. Our Services can be accessed from anywhere in the world, so you are responsible for evaluating whether your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations. CyberSpaceVPN strives to provide the best possible service to all our subscribers. In this sense, we demand thatyou do not abuse our Content or Services. Misuse means any use, access, or interference with the Content or Services in violation of the Terms or applicable laws and regulations.
To protect the Services from misuseor harm to others, CyberSpaceVPN reserves the right to take appropriate measures if our Services are used in violation of these Terms and applicable laws. You agree that CyberSpaceVPN mayrestrict access to any part of the Services, terminate your Account, or take any other legal action required by law without reimbursing the Services already paid for, if we, in our absolute discretion, believe that youhave abused the Services. .

Upload, download, publish, reproduce or distribute any content protected by copyright or any other proprietary right, without first obtaining permission from the owner/licensor of the proprietary content.
Upload,download, publish, reproduce or distribute any content that includes sexual or explicit images of minors, as well as content that is similarly restricted/prohibited in your country.
Participate in anyactivities that restrict or prevent any other Subscriber from using or using the Services.
Attempting to access, verify, or connect to computer devices without proper authorization (i.e., any form of”hacking”).
Try to create, use, or distribute a list of IP addresses managed by VPNS in conjunction with the Services.
Use the Services for any purpose other than legal ones.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms,CyberSpaceVPN grants you a global, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, fully revocable, and limited license to download and use the Services. Modification, distribution to unauthorized persons, reverse engineering, or other use of the Services in anyway not expressly permitted by CyberSpaceVPN in these Terms is strictly prohibited.
Use of any materials that are subject to CyberSpaceVPN’s intellectual property rights is prohibited unless you have been given the express writtenconsent of CyberSpaceVPN. Nothing contained in or unrelated to the Services or these Terms can be interpreted as granting, indirectly or otherwise, any license or right to anyof CyberSpaceVPN’s intellectual property rights.
All of our content is originally written in Russian. Any translation of our Content is performed with maximum efficiency. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the translated Content.

CyberSpaceVPN is not responsible for the availability of content provided by third parties, as they are not under the control or supervision of CyberSpaceVPN and may have different terms of use and policies. Your access throughour Services to any website, service, or content provided by third parties does not indicate any relationship between CyberSpaceVPN and such third parties.
CyberSpaceVPN may from time to time provide access to peer-to-peer services, applications or websites or promotional offers (“Partner Services”) as an additional benefit of the Services. The Partner Services are not integrated or incorporated into the Services, and your interaction with any PartnerServices is subject to their own applicable terms and conditions. CyberSpaceVPN will never share your personal information with any partner service provider.
CyberSpaceVPN does not guarantee and is not responsible for the behavior, functions or contentof the Partner Services or any transaction that you may enter into with any Partner Service provider, and CyberSpaceVPN does not guarantee the compatibility or continued compatibility of the Services with the Partner Services. . CyberSpaceVPN reserves the right to investigate cases that we consider a violation of these Terms. We may, but are not obligated, at our sole discretionand without prior notice, remove, block, filter or restrict by any means any materials or information that we believe actually or potentially violates the restrictions set forth in these Terms, and any other actions that may result in liability for CyberSpaceVPN or our customers. These rights include the right to close your Account or take any other legal action required by law. VPNS disclaims anyresponsibility for any failure on our part to prevent the transmission of such materials or information through the Services and/or to your computer device.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyberSpaceVPN is not and will not be liable in any way to any Subscriber or other person for any loss or damage incurred in the event of:
any failure or interruption of Services.
any act or omissionof any third party involved in providing you with the Services or the data contained therein;
any other reason related to your access or use or inability to access or use any part of the Site or its Content;
your interaction with the Services or discussion forums provided by CyberSpaceVPN;
your failure to comply with the terms of the Agreement;
the cost of purchasing replacement goods or services; or
unauthorized access to or modification of your transmissions or data, regardless of whether the circumstances that gave rise to such a cause, may have been under the control of CyberSpaceVPN or any third-party provider providing software, services, or support for the Site or Services.
Under no circumstances willCyberspacevpn, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, members, officers or employees be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, or for any other loss or damage of any kind,even if they have been advised of the possibility. The foregoing does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyberSpaceVPN, its officers,directors, employees, members, partners, agents, and suppliers, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, partners, and agents from any and all claims and expenses, including attorney’s feesyour use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your violation of the Agreement. We may, in our sole discretion, assume exclusive protection and control over any matter that is subject to reimbursement byyou. However, assuming such protection or control does not release you from any liability for damages.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, except for its conflict of laws provisions.
By accepting these Terms and/or using the Services, you unconditionally agree that all disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the Serviceswill be ultimately settled in the appropriate courts located in Tortola, British Virgin Islands (BVI).
If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this provision must be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and reflect the original purpose of this provision, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. Any failure to exercise or enforceany right or provision of the Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision and does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
